Resolute

Building Molecular Intelligence

Resolute Bio is a molecular intelligence company.

Our aim is to redefine how we understand and treat human disease.

The biotechnology industry is largely focused on designing molecules. At Resolute, we discover who they work for.

Defining and finding those patients requires the right data, in the right context. We go beyond conventional DNA and RNA and into the human spatial proteome.

DATA

A new way of interrogating patient biology.

INSIGHTS → Resolute Bio raises €10m to build molecular intelligence using spatial proteomics

At Resolute, we generate high-throughput spatial proteomics data directly from human tissue.

Our approach combines deep-learning based computational pathology and high-resolution mass spectrometry into a deep molecular profile.

Our algorithms are designed to profile patient heterogeneity based on a standard H&E image. This allows for fast, unbiased selection for molecular profiling via mass spectrometry.

We match the resolution of our images and proteins into an atomic unit of data. Doing so enables us to learn the relationship between the image and the proteome. We can subsequently predict the protein expression for areas not measured directly.

In the future, we anticipate these data and models to have many downstream applications. We can intelligently select patients for trials, quickly analyze patient images before molecular testing and explore novel and emergent biological properties that redefine how we understand disease.

At Resolute, we are actively generating large-scale, high-quality datasets from patients in oncology, neurology and chronic disease. We use these data to discover novel emergent properties of biology, train machine learning models and build the next generation of precision medicine applications.
